Terms of Service

Welcome to AutoDrive Automobile Services Ltd ("AutoDrive", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, downloading the app, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to drive in Nigeria to use AutoDrive. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at autodrive.ng@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Vehicle Document Renewals

AutoDrive facilitates the renewal of vehicle-related documents, including but not limited to vehicle license, roadworthiness certificates, and driver's licenses, on behalf of registered users.

Reminders and Notifications

We provide automated reminders for upcoming document expiry dates and renewal deadlines.

Doorstep Delivery

Processed documents may be delivered to a user-specified address within supported regions, subject to availability and applicable delivery fees.

Digital Document Storage

Users can upload and store copies of their vehicle and driver documents on the Platform for easy access.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; (e) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our written consent; (f) impersonate another person or entity; or (g) resell or commercialize access to the Platform without authorization.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents and information you submit through the Platform. AutoDrive is not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent submissions. All uploaded documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AutoDrive integrates with third-party services, including payment processors and government agencies, to deliver its services. We do not control and are not responsible for the actions, privacy practices, or availability of these third parties. Use of third-party services through our Platform is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Certain services on the Platform require payment. All fees are listed at the point of purchase and are subject to change with reasonable notice. By submitting a payment, you authorize AutoDrive or its payment processors to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of document processing. Refunds will not be issued once documents have been submitted to the relevant government agencies on your behalf. For cancellations made before processing begins, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AutoDrive shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill; (c) delays caused by government agencies, third-party partners, or circumstances beyond our control; or (d) inaccuracies in renewal information resulting from user error. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoDrive Automobile Services Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoDrive regarding your use of the Platform.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last Updated' date below. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
